Bedford Bed & Breakfast

Bedford is something of an ancient town with it being granted a borough charter by Hebry II in 1166, however there has been plenty of modern redevelopment but some character remains. For the tourist there is plenty to see and do around Bedford and transportation links are pretty good. While much is made of the town's connection with the Christian writer of "Pilgrim's Progress", John Bunyan, with the Bunyan Museum being worth a visit, there is also the excellent Cecil Higgins Art Gallery, Burges Room and a few other places which should be high on any visitors list of places to visit in Bedford.
