Chalfont St. Giles is a beautiful village in the county of Buckinghamshire, England. In many ways the village is what most tourists would assume to be a typical country village, maybe because of the many gorgeous rustic buildings such as Milton's Cottage which is pictured in the photograph above. Chalfont St. Giles famously appeared as the village of Walmington-on-Sea in the classic British comedy 'Dad's Army" (the movie version, not the series).
