Kendal Bed & Breakfast
Kendal is a market town in the county of Cumbria, England. Typical of many Lake District towns and villages Kendall is something of a limestone-grey affair with lots of character. Known as the 'Gateway to the Lakes' the town is extremely popular with tourists, hill walkers and ramblers and those people wishing to visit Windermere. If you have the opportunity to visit the town take the time to explore and take in the atmosphere as you wander around the yards and ginnels. There are a few places worth visiting including galleries and museums but, if you can find the time take a look at Sizergh Castle and Levens Hall.
