Leverburgh is a small village on the Isle of Harris in the Western Isles/Outer Hebrides of Scotland. Leverburgh is the best place to stay if you want to enjoy the incredible beaches of South Harris as some of the finest are just a few minutes away. It is here where you will be able to catch a ferry over to North Uist and many people taking a tour of the islands spend an evening in the village prior to moving on to the Uists or the town of Tarbert or Stornoway on the Isle of Lewis.
